Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview
This policy establishes the standards of acceptable behavior when using the FIBEMATE platform and services. By using FIBEMATE, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Prohibited Activities
⚠ The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Illegal Content: Distributing content that violates applicable law, including but not limited to child exploitation, terrorism, and drug trafficking
- Harassment & Threats: Harassing, intimidating, threatening, or stalking others
- Hate Speech: Inciting hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Fraud: Impersonating others, conducting phishing attacks, or engaging in deceptive practices
- Spam: Mass distribution of unsolicited messages or advertisements
- Malware: Distributing viruses, trojans, or other malicious software
- Privacy Violations: Sharing others' private information without consent (doxxing)
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Violating others' copyrights, trademarks, or patents (see DMCA Policy)
3. Special Provisions for Encrypted Services
FIBEMATE provides end-to-end encrypted communication services. Please note:
- End-to-end encryption does not grant users the right to distribute illegal content
- We may cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement to the extent technically feasible
- We reserve the right to perform metadata analysis of suspicious activity (not involving message content)
- Using FIBEMATE to circumvent legal oversight is strictly prohibited
4. Account Security
- You are responsible for protecting your account credentials
- Sharing accounts with others is prohibited
- Using automated tools to create bulk accounts is prohibited
- You must notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access to your account
5. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Content removal (where technically feasible)
- Temporary account restrictions
- Permanent account termination
- Reports to law enforcement authorities

7. Policy Updates
FIBEMATE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email.
