FIBEMATE respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy is established in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applies to all content distributed through the FIBEMATE platform.

2. Infringement Notification

If you believe that content on the FIBEMATE platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification. The notification must include:

• A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative (electronic signature acceptable)
• Description of the copyrighted work and its original location
• Description of the allegedly infringing content's location on FIBEMATE
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the content is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Description of the removed content and its original location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction
• Your signature (electronic signature acceptable)

4. Repeat Infringers

FIBEMATE will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights. We reserve the right to disable the accounts of infringers at our discretion.

6. End-to-End Encryption Notice

FIBEMATE employs end-to-end encryption technology. The server cannot view the plaintext content of user messages. Therefore, for content transmitted through end-to-end encrypted channels, FIBEMATE cannot directly verify or remove specific messages. We will cooperate with legal requirements and take appropriate measures to the extent technically feasible.

FIBEMATE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on this page. Continued use of FIBEMATE constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
